Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality
In the U.S., SC Johnson earned a perfect score of 100% on the 2025 Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Corporate Equality Index and was designated a recipient of the "Equality 100 Award: Leaders in LGBTQ+ Inclusion." This marks the 19th time SC Johnson has earned a perfect score and the company’s 22nd year on the annual workplace equality list.
SC Johnson Argentina and Mexico have also earned the distinction of “Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality” — the first two offices outside of SCJ USA to receive this recognition.
Best Workplace for Working Parents
SC Johnson was recognized by Seramount (formerly Working Mother) as one of the “100 Best Companies for Working Parents” in 2024 for the 36th time.
