Global Graduate - Sales - Fixed Term Contract

Overview:

The Global Graduate, Sales will play a crucial role in managing distributor relationships, focusing on overseeing their KPIs and claims processes to ensure alignment with company objectives. Responsibilities extend to handling data warehousing and transformation using Power BI and SQL, aimed at enhancing data handling efficiency and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by optimizing distributor performance metrics and leveraging advanced data analytics to drive operational excellence within a global team setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize distributor relationships, ensuring adherence to contractual agreements and performance KPIs.
  • Oversee claims management processes, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with company policies.
  • Utilize Power BI and SQL for data warehousing, transformation, and reporting to enhance operational insights and decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, marketing and supply chain teams to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve distributor performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and strategic recommendations

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, graduate of 2021-2023
  • Proficiency in Excel & Power BI for data warehousing, transformation, and reporting, SQL is a plus.
