Job Title: Associate Manager, Finance Planning and Analysis

Location: Bangsar South, KL

Department: Finance

As the Associate Manager, Finance Planning and Analysis, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving ASEAN Financial Reports and Business Intelligence Dashboards that provide financial insights and support reliable data-driven decision-making across various groups.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare month-end close, projections and business review reports and charts.
  • Implement business intelligence tool and dashboard reports. Monitor KPIs and identify causal of variances.
  • Develop and maintain tools and trend reports to facilitate Budgeting process.
  • Develop financial models and analysis. Turn raw data into meaningful narratives and reports by extracting, formatting, and effectively communicating insights for financial and operational decisions. Make complex data easily digestible for stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain process flows, system diagrams, and user manuals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with teams from various departments to identify data requirements.
  • Train business users on how to use reporting and automation solutions and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Perform root cause analyses, build recommendations for corrective action and work with business partners to implement them.
  • Lead or support assigned Ad-Hoc Projects and Report request from time to time.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business & commerce, accounting & finance or its equivalent
  • At least 5 years past experiences in similar job scope
  • Tech Savvy with strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office, Power Apps, Power BI, SAP, process automation (i.e. Robotics Process Automation).  Good understanding of process design and modeling

  • Excellent focus on detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to deliver accurate and high-quality work within established deadline.
  • Good communication skill and demonstrate ability to influence across organization.
  • Fluent in English (both written & verbal)
