About the Team/Department

As an intern, you'll join our Demand Planning Team, working alongside experienced professionals to help shape the demand forecast for key markets.

What You'll Do:

• Dive into real-world data to collect and analyze demand inputs like new product launches, promotions, and sales activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, and more) on exciting projects that shape the future of our brands.
• Track key performance metrics and help drive continuous improvements within the team.
• Work closely with supply partners to ensure the demand plan aligns with the latest market conditions.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• A degree in economics, supply chain management, engineering, or a related business field (or about to graduate).
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence decisions across all levels.
• A passion for problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to work within high-performing teams.
