Job Title: Associate Manager, Field HR

Location: Di An, Binh Duong, Vietnam

As the Associate Manager, Field HR, you will support the execution of HR initiatives in the country (both for commercial and manufacturing organizations) and support the business by aligning with HR Operations, COEs, and HR Business Partners in all aspects of Human Resources, to deliver HR programs and initiatives across the organization. You also will support employee relations, onboarding, talent management, leadership development, change management, diversity, performance management, workforce planning and compensation planning and implementation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with BU HRBP to provide proactive guidance, communications, and HR generalist support to employees
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies / procedures and local laws and practices
  • Execution of HR programs and processes, managing different priorities concurrently through project management, systems knowledge, and effective communications
  • Partner with HR Operations team and the COE’s to ensure consistent execution of HR policies, initiatives, and approaches within site
  • Provide HR Leadership with recommended insights to improve work processes and help promote an atmosphere of continuous learning
  • Lead the implementation and/or execution of applicable training programs
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and cultural programs
  • Lead local payroll process
  • Support compensation process and ensure to distribute key communications, as needed
  • Ensure policies and processes are compliant with local law and regulations
  • Planning of people cost in the organization and support Line managers in forecasting and planning their headcount requirement to be in line with the functional / business strategy

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Human Relations, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of HR generalist experience and/or related fields
  • HR Information Systems experience preferred, Workday is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both local language and English)
