Treasury Analyst – Front Office

•            Location: Frimley Surrey

•            Function: Shared service Centre - Treasury

About the role

The purpose of the role is for you to provide high quality customer focussed treasury services to a global client base.  This is a key role in the small treasury team, requiring a strong team player who enjoys working within an empowered environment.

About the Team/Department

Treasury is part of our EMEA Shared Service Centre.  We have a Front office team and a back office team to allow for segregation of duties.  We support over 20 countries and work in multiple currencies across the EMEA region.   

Responsibilities:

  • Daily preparation of Cash positions for assigned markets
  • Monthly FX Flow Reporting incl. *variance analysis and commentary (*also done daily)
  • Management of funding requirements
  • Prepare Cash Flow Forecast (CFF) for cash and liquidity planning; improve forecast reliability by regularly monitoring actuals vs. forecast
  • Manage General Ledger postings and complete any investigations for outstanding items
  • Daily review of Bank statements and reconciliation
  • Monthly review of bank charges and consolidation
  • Business partnering with SSC and local country teams
  • Query resolution

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Prior Treasury experience from a corporate environment in Front Office is essential
  • Financial accounting knowledge
  • SAP/S4HANA is an advantage and Intermediate to Advanced Excel user is a must
  • Knowledge of banking systems / trading platforms is an advantage
  • Studying ACT or finance qualifications CIMA, ACCA etc
