Overview
Driven by an internal promotion, we have a great new opportunity to join our HR team in Gorzow. We are looking for a high-energy and action-oriented candidate to drive a broad spectrum of HR initiatives in our factory in Gorzow and our commercial office in Warsaw. Reporting to the Manager, Field HR Poland, this role is supporting and responsible for employee relations and engagement, talent and performance management, workforce planning and compensation planning / implementation.
Responsibilities
Drive internal employee engagement
Collaborate with the HR Delivery Center on payroll related topics, onboarding, offboarding and other key employee lifecycle events
Provide key HR metrics/data as requested by senior management for strategic decision-making.
Support talent acquisition, ensuring diversity balance and fostering a pipeline for future talent.
Support and drive the annual HR processes including merit review, performance review and succession planning
Assist with training requirements and career development for employees to optimize skillsets and reinforce retention.
Ensure accurate usage & entries of the time/attendance system
Support the payroll provider to maintain accurate data and calculations
Lead Social Found activities.
Oversee the handling of employee benefit enrollments, questions, or inquiries.
Experience you’ll bring:
Relevant Bachelor/Master degree in HR Management, Economics, or Social Sciences or comparable education
A minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in HR
Fluent written and spoken Polish and English skills
Good knowledge of polish labor law
Very good MS Office knowledge

Job requirements
Full-time job (40 hours per week)
Regular travels to Warsaw (twice a month)
