Maintenance Engineer (Pulogadung)

Summary:

This role will be responsible to ensure all production lines are running properly and meet the SC Johnson (SCJ) business priorities and strategies that includes global Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) leadership with lean transformation. You are required to ensure all process related production area are well operate and under control.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all production machineries and accessories also tank farms are always in proper condition and calibrated according to standard.

• Implementing a proper Planned Maintenance Strategy in order to reduce the breakdown and increase the reliability.

• Implementing calibration and to ensure all equipment are always in calibrated condition.

• Ensuring all activities are always in cost effective, SHE and Quality manner.

• Planning and maintaining spare parts for machineries and Utilities

• Ensuring critical and necessary spare part are always available with considering the stock level.

• Controlling the inventory level of spare part

• Performing additional task and project

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Bachelor’s in any related field

• Minimum of 3 years as a Supervisor or Senior Supervisor with maintenance experience

• FMCG or Manufacturing experience would be an added advantage
