Job Title: Senior Analyst, Logistics Transportation

Location: Pulogadung, Jakarta, Indonesia

As a Senior Analyst, Logistics Transportation, you will be responsible for the timely and cost efficient execution of inventory deployments (FG, Semi FG, and RMPM) from pre-defined lanes within the scope of International Logistics. to deliver excellence in customer service - at The Right Time, Right Place, Right Quantity, Right Quality at the least possible cost.You also oversee all modes of transportation (Ocean, Land, Air, Inter-Modal) of RMPM, Semi FG, Finished Goods within the Supply Chain.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and overview of shipment bookings, checking of Bill of lading, country of origin ensuring all shipping documents are in accordance with the customs requirements.
• Ensure all transport operations/ processes are fully compliant with all relevant SCJ Policies / Protocols, and Country legal standards particularly in health and, safety, environmental, dangerous goods management, transport safety, import / export regulations.
• Plan, book the shipment to Forwarder analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures (container utilization, SRD, GSA, target loading date, ETD and ETA).
• Coordinate and interact with internal and external stakeholders related to shipment.
• Define & implement sustainable cost efficiency programs through application of LEAN / OPEX Methodologies and approach (Cost saving& Cost Inflation Management)

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Logistics Management or Engineering
• 2-3 years’ experience in Logistics, Export- Import, Freight Forwarder, Customs Regulation or logistics in manufacturing
• Strong analytical/ problem solving skills, able to handle multiple tasks& project simultaneously
• Experience in SAP, excellent in Microsoft Office Suits
• Experience in MNC or FMCG will be advantage
