Sr. Analyst Logistics Operations

As the Senior Analyst, Logistics Operations, you are responsible for logistic operations in Indonesia which includes warehouse management and secondary transportation. You are required to drive on going network distribution modeling efforts to ensure low operational costs and high service expectations are optimized.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily warehouse finished goods activities which include inbound, outbound, improvement, budget monitoring and controlling

• Ensure operations are in full compliance to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), internal and external audit, safety, quality, and productivity

• Able to deliver budget expectation and cost savings through sustainable continuous improvement

• Provide analysis, insight and predictive measures into logistics performance and business impact

• Initiate and drive to achieve department Management by Objectives (MBO)

• Develop leadership skills that are aligned with regional capability development program for direct report and subordinate

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Transportation Management, or related fields

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations

• Has strong analytical skills and product quality knowledge

• Skilled in SAP Warehouse Management and Safety, Health and Environment risk assessment

• Logistics or Supply Chain background, preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
