Job Title: Associate Manager, Retail Account Management (Ecommerce)

Location: Bangsar South, KL

As the Associate Manager, Retail Account Management (Ecommerce), you will be responsible to develop e-commerce strategy for Malaysia and identify right resource to support the e-commerce sales growth acceleration. In this position, you will identify and develop the customer strategic business plan for SC Johnson (SCJ) in assigned customers, implementation of SCJ category vision while ensuring targeted profit and sales or share objective for customer. You also take part in driving the sales/market share/customer contribution for SCJ category by implementation and optimization of category strategies within the assigned customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales target and grow market share of Malaysia e-commerce channel
  • Incorporate creative business thinking & planning and innovate marketing program in platforms to build penetration, drive offtake and ensure customer’s healthy business growth
  • Lead and effectively conclude annual Joint Business Plant negotiation with respective customers
  • Build good relationship, define customer strategy, initiate yearly sales and marketing strategy for profitable sales growth with win-win cooperation
  • Leverage in-depth understanding of retailer dynamic, shopper/consumer knowledge, merchandising opportunities, retailer promotion/events opportunities
  • Influence customer's decisions in critical business areas by using business insight, SCJ Way Of Selling and other conceptual selling techniques backed by data
  • Develop online business model for new business development and develop new business opportunities based on market dynamic
  • Responsible for Account Receivables management, balance, and control customer investment with annual plan to make maximum profit

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account or Marketing, with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in managing e-commerce business, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
  • Prior experience in Shopee/Lazada Marketing will be an added advantage.
