Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (Sales)

As the Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis, you are responsible for partnering with Country Manager, Sales Teams, and Marketing Teams within the country assigned to drive Net Sales and Product Contribution growth and improve Net Pricing by collaborating on Joint Business Plans. You will accurately forecast, deliver on growth objectives, and support Sales Team in Sales and Operation Planning Process (S&OP). You will drive simplification initiatives and best practices with necessary internal controls.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide Strategic Business Cases Financial Simulation and Analysis
• Prepare and manage Price Promotion Return on Investment (ROI) Analysis
• Provide ROI analysis on trade spend, establish conditionality of customer terms, and develop customer profitability analysis
• Work closely with Customer Marketing and Sales Teams to optimize Trade Spending and Customer/Country Mix, as well as analyze trade spending to maximize Delivered Profit Margin, Net Pricing and reduce Gross to Net
• Provide Profit & Loss (P&L) simulation for business decision highlighting risk & opportunities
• Reconcile trade spending at month-end closing and ensure accuracy of trade spend & proper accrual
• Responsible for Gross Sales to Distributed Power Management (DPM) Month End Closing, prepares monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) P&L Projections, quarterly Financial Latest Estimated and Annual Corporate Planning and Budgeting
• Work with the Shared Service Centre (SSC) Account Receivable (A/R) team, Credit & Collections Analyst, and the local Sales Teams to minimize Accounts Receivables and facilitate timely resolution of open deductions and outstanding invoices
• Support or lead ASEAN ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or related business field
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in Finance include of Financial Planning & Analysis experience
• Business partnering experience with ability to explain financial implications to non-finance colleagues
• Experienced in SAP, Excel (Micro, Pivot table, VLOOKUP etc.) and Power BI
