Senior Analyst, Accounts Payable (Mandarin Speaker)

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

This position supports the Accounts Payable function and is responsible for the accurate, efficient, and effective delivery of Invoice Processing and Resolution processes within agreed timelines and ensuring compliance with the defined process control frameworks. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage scanning and indexing process using Datacap

• Perform scanning and indexing for all Asia markets

• Compliance wi prescribed Invoicing requirements to ensure proper recognition of Invoices in the system

• Responsible for translation of invoices, contracts, and other correspondences such as e-mails or calls from Korean to English or vice versa

• Identifies and implements continuous improvements in the Scanning and Indexing process to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying and recording accounts payable data in SAP and SAP Business Workplace for multiple entities and vendors (simple markets)

• Verify, investigate, and handle invoice discrepancies for assigned entities and vendor

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or related discipline required

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin (Speak, Read and Write)

Job Requirements:

• Full-time, permanent employment

• Onsite work setup; remote work once a week is available upon regularization

• This role is not eligible for relocation
