The Manager, Global eCommerce Digital Content & Physical Product will play a critical in SC Johnson’s efforts to develop global eCommerce capabilities by leading the development and implementation of best-in-class eCommerce content, strategies, and best practice. Additionally, this role will be charged with monitoring Global eCommerce product standards. This role will aid in developing roadmap improvements designed to improve standards scoring, in partnership with Global Customer Marketing and Global Category teams. This role will report into the Director, eCommerce, Global eCommerce.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be the Global eCommerce expert regarding eCommerce content and product standard health.
- Work regions and retailers on content requirements, identify gaps and set priority working with local markets teams
- Drive collaboration with cross-functional leads including eCommerce Sales, Customer Marketing, Shopper Marketing and CIBA to ensure alignment with content needs, plans and measurement.
- Work with Marketing Ops & Technology team to manage eCommerce agencies to drive planning and scoping that aligns with brand/category eCommerce content requirements.
- Work with Marketing Ops & Tech and IT to identify, prioritize and fix syndication systems that are barriers to delivering content at scale.
- Work with CIBA on measurement resources like DigiShelf to analyze results, publish periodic reports and provide recommendations based on analysis.
- Serve as a resource to regional content managers and Marketing Ops & Tech in your area of expertise.
- Provide thought leadership and keep track of latest trends on the future of Digital Shelf raising the company eCommerce/Digital IQ.
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
Required Skills/Experience /Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience required.
- 3+ years proven success in eCommerce and/or Digital Marketing
- 2+ years of experience with digital content creation and management
- 2+ years of experience with eCommerce PDP (product page detail) creation and maintenance
- 2+ years of Syndication platforms (Salsify, Syndigo, others) preferred
Preferred Skills/Experience/Competencies:
- Demonstrated understanding of key players and concepts in digital commerce.
- Ability to leverage multiple data sets in order to generate insights that lead to a strategic recommendation.
- Ability to conduct analysis, draw conclusions, and drive action based on multiple sources of data.
- Experience collaborating with multiple levels of stakeholders and effectively working with multi-functional teams and external agency/vendor partners
- Ability to quickly adapt into a new organization with positive and proactive attitude, high energy level with comfort in ambiguity and ability to work in self-directed environment & high sense of urgency.
- Maintain workflow across multiple projects in fast-paced environment.
- Passion for digital & eCommerce space, success in CPG eCommerce marketing and/or sales.
- Advanced Degree preferred.

Job Requirements:
- May be expected to meet earlier in the morning or later at night to accommodate global time zones.
