Senior Associate,Marketing Commercialization (Fixed term contact – 24 months)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Regional Marketing role to coordinate and ensure the timely implementation of a high-profile cross-category artwork change for regulatory reasons (CLP = Classification, Labelling & Packaging)
• High level of interaction with senior leadership and stakeholders to report and track monthly CLP implementation progress
• Additional exciting opportunity to take leadership of bespoke brand / product projects across Air Care and Home Cleaning categories, beyond CLP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage CLP initiatives on multiple brands and product technologies, working with a cross-functional team, coordinate plans across markets for European roll outs
• Work with platform owners and look for synergies to implement CLP within existing brand initiatives and projects (e.g. VBL)
• Understanding of how to evaluate different technical solutions with packaging engineers (e.g. multi-layer labels)
• Present frequent status and progress up to regional senior cross-functional leadership
• Work with key local markets to commercialize exciting new product and marketing campaigns to grow sales & market share of industry-leading brands

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING:

• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or similar.
• Commercial background with min 3 - 4 years commercial and project management experience
• Knowledge and experience of a highly regulated FMCG category is a plus
• Local market experience of managing an Air Care, Home Cleaning or Pest Control Portfolio in a European market is a plus
• Fluent in English, and ideally another European language.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS:

• Ability and proactivity to drive outstanding results.
• Strong communicator and team worker, able to build relationships at all levels and across functions in an ambiguous environment.
• Good understanding of the EU graphics process and working with graphics agencies
• Highly organized with attention to details, and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and fast decision-making skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Full time work, 40 hours per week
• Available to travel within EU
• Mobile within Europe, including short; mid-term
• Fixed term contract – 24 months
