Overview:
In this role you will manage customers in one of our key channels and you will be responsible for customer negotiations, developing promotional plans and working hand-in-hand cross-functionally with finance, marketing and supply chain to deliver our goals.
Responsibilities:
- Managing customers in Supermarket and E-commerce channels in Poland
- Achieving sales and distribution goals (listings, in-outs) within customer group
- Managing promo spend budgets & customer P&L
- Preparing customer year-end talks within agreed budgets
- Preparing and handling of customer presentations related to new product offers for permanent listing, in-out promotion offers, annual activity plans etc.
Experience you’ll bring:
- Master’s Degree level education or equivalent, emphasis on Sales & Marketing and/or Economics
- Understanding and knowledge of the Polish & European trade environment
- Solid experience as Key Account Manager in international FMCG company (ideally with complex, multi-category assortment; home care and/or personal care categories experience will be an advantage)
- Experience in managing E-commerce and SM/HM customers is necessary condition is required
- Fluent in English and Polish
