Overview
We are looking for a senior HR professional to join our Total Rewards Community and contribute to the HR Delivery efforts at the SCJ company. The Total Rewards Senior Associate will provide deep subject matter expertise in the compensation space to ensure that SCJ provides competitive and consistent programs to all employees across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities
Provides ongoing consultative, administrative and analytical support for Europe, the Middle East and Africa across all total rewards aspects including compensation, medical benefits, perks, work-life, retirement benefits and other programs
Performs and reviews benchmarking and market analysis and identifies insights on competitive positioning across EMEA
Resolves complex employee issues that are escalated from HR Teams and assists colleagues in addressing employee questions
Provides analysis, consultation, and recommendations to Center of Excellence on decisions and issues related to Total Rewards
Participate with the COE in assessing the effectiveness of current rewards programs, provide input for making recommendations on strategies to attract and retain talent
Provides value-added advice, solutions and consultative assistance to the HR Community and wider business in respect of compensation decisions
Works to increase employees and business leader’s understanding of compensation programs as well as the value of total rewards
Supports end-to-end merit planning process for assigned area and ensures correct implementation
Partners with external service providers (consulting firms, salary survey providers, data exchange groups, benefits vendors etc.
Drive efficiency and effectiveness through continuous process improvement
Experience you’ll bring:
Experience in a similar role in compensation & benefits, total rewards position
Knowledge of job evaluation practices, and experience with Mercer methodology is a distinct advantage
Proven ability to develop and manage complex reporting, understand statistical information and make clear and logical recommendations based on a thorough analysis of the data
Strong analytical skills – ability to see what lies behind the numbers, deep dive into issues to find the core of the problem
Proficiency in Excel
Understanding of market trends, benchmarking and internal consistency best-practices
Workday knowledge – a plus
Advanced English
