LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

GLOBAL LEADER DEVELOPMENT SERIES

Our Global Leader Development Series is a core element of our leadership development commitment. Led and facilitated by company leaders and our Enterprise Faculty, these engaging trainings build critical capabilities for the future of our business and support the ongoing growth of SCJ people.

Examples of focus areas from previous Global Leader Development Series sessions include:

Enhancing People Leader Capabilities

Management Essentials

When new leaders join our organization or current SCJ people become people managers, we provide guidance and best practices for leading and developing teams. Our Management Essentials program focuses on upskilling managers in key processes and strategies to support, nurture, and develop talent.

Growth Through Feedback

As our leaders progress in managing their teams, receiving feedback is critical for continuous development. We gather input from team members and peers through comprehensive assessments to understand how SCJ's leadership behaviors are demonstrated.

The assessment results are provided for reflection and contribute to the leader's personal development as they continue to grow.
