The SC Johnson office in Makati Poblacion, Metro Manila, Philippines is home to approximately 320 employees. Our teams support business functions such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Shared Services, Human Resources and Research, Development & Engineering. Our recently renovated office is found in a six-story, company-owned building exclusively used by SC Johnson employees.

Our work environment provides a strong sense of belonging and family culture that SCJ has fostered over the years. CARING FOR THE PLANET

Members of the SC Johnson Philippines team came together for a volunteer project to rehabilitate the Estero de Santibanez, a vital waterway in the local community.

    Drawing inspiration from Japanese innovation, the team created Bokashi balls, eco-friendly spheres developed to improve water quality and protect aquatic ecosystems.

    Made from organic materials and Effective Microorganisms (EM), these balls break down pollutants, fostering cleaner waterways.

    Through these efforts, more than 3,000 Bokashi balls were created, creating a positive impact on local communities and contributing to global environmental efforts.
