Global Leader Development Series

In our commitment to developing strong leaders at every level of SCJ, we launched the Global Leader Development Series, which centers on building leadership capabilities across our 3 Leadership Factors: Leading Self, Leading Others and Leading the Business.

Career Development Month

A virtual worldwide, month-long event to support employees with development planning by embracing SCJ’s Global Leadership Framework, people processes and tools. Throughout the month, employees are encouraged to attend a variety of sessions such as executive panels where leaders share their inspiring career stories, presentations about how to have impactful career conversations, workshops with tips for utilizing your Individual Development Plan and an overview of the tools and resources available to help guide your career development at SCJ.

Key Capabilities Series

Our Key Capabilities Training Series helps employees develop the skills they need to deliver winning results in line with our business strategy. These sessions focus on relevance and growth and promote the development of SCJ people in their current role and the development for future roles in the organization.

Management Essentials

Our Management Essentials Program provides all people managers with an overview of SCJ’s key HR processes, focusing on what every manager should know to effectively lead and develop their teams. The program focuses on upskilling manager’s capabilities to effectively deliver performance conversations and create a culture of inclusion and diversity to nurture and develop talent as SCJ.
