As an HR Intern, you will be involved in supporting our employees. You will be learning about and involved in:

What will you do?

As an HR Intern, you will be involved in supporting our employees. You will be learning about and involved in:
• the full employee cycle from hiring, onboarding, developing and moving on to a new role
• managing absences (sickness, holidays, leaves)
• organizing (and participating in) employee events,
• writing clear and inspiring employee communications,
• updating policies and templates. If you want/need to write your thesis on a subject, we will support you in finding a relevant subject and be a business sponsor in the process.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s / Applied Sciences / HBO student in Human resources management
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Strong team player
• Proactive attitude
• Availability for 4-6 months and for a minimum of 4 days/week – start preferably around September/October
• Ability to travel 4 days/week to Mijdrecht (located between Utrecht and Amsterdam)
