Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Lifestyle Brands team and be responsible for both our Ecover and Method brands. We are looking to you as a high-potential Senior National Account Manager to drive top and bottom line performance. You will work with our #1 retail partners Albert Heijn and Jumbo for The Netherlands and Belgium, both online and offline.

You will be the people leader of 2 rock star colleagues to support your business (sales assistant) and to further expand the Dutch portfolio (national account manager). Your role plays a pivotal part in both the local and the European sales organisation. Working directly with category, brand experience, new product development, operations and finance to create and drive the strategy and deliver the business’ sales and profit targets. What we need from you?

Your experience in delivering against an operating budget for your accounts. Being resourceful and employing innovative sales and marketing solutions,

Your experience in building relationships with the Retail sector.

Your ability to build compelling stories and sell with impact.

Your collaboration with supply chain on forecasts. Using data analysis and through collaborative work with supply chain team, deliver planned sales in line with the monthly forecast.

Your experience in developing a spend savvy promotional plan for your customers.

Super powers you’ll bring:

Solid relevant experience working as an Account Manager in FMCG.

Experience negotiating annual terms agreements with full ownership of your accounts’ P&L.

You’ll have an additional super power if you have experience working with Top 3 FMCG customers.

You’ll have an extra extra super power if you have experience with people management (not field teams, but direct reports)

You’re a self-starter who isn’t just waiting for instruction, you can see opportunities and make them happen with passion and flair

You have to have a relentless desire for growth (it’s what gets you out of bed in the morning!) and get excited by exceptional results.

You’ll thrive in a fast paced, challenging environment.
