Associate Manager, Retail Account Management

As the Associate Manager, Retail Account Management, you will need to develop and drive the business within Makro account for business growth and ensuring a profitable volume growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic account planning to achieve company sales target and objectives for monthly and yearly given under trade spending
  • Work together with sales assistant to find the key sources of growth, tactics and actions to ensure sales target and objectives are achieve in the account
  • Analyzing offtake and shipment data to identify sales opportunities within the account, competitors and market potential to establish the solid plan
  • Lead the team to implement the promotion plan / selling activities plan and dealing with customer for store execution
  • Ability to give direction, lead, coach and develop team members to deliver sales and KPIs as per target
  • Ensure for good implementation of in store advertising / activation / decoration to build awareness for consumer / shopper

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 6 to 8 years of sales experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry and in modern trade channel / key account management
  • Analytical and result driven
  • Experiences in utilizing B2B or Nielsen data utilization
