Role: Associate Manager, Project Management Commercialization
Location: Cairo, Egypt

We currently have 2 positions open.

Overview:
This position will support MENAPT cross functional project teams in Commercialization, Launch, and Post Launch Phases to ensure project schedule, cost, capital, quality, and customer service objectives are met for regional and global projects. This position will assist in managing multiple, simultaneous projects, typically with simple supply chains (i.e. – one key manufacturing site per project to domestic and export sourcing).

Responsibilities:
•    Lead the portfolio of MENAPT cluster across all categories and different strategic intents of growth, cost savings, business continuity, sustainability, etc.
•    Lead projects through the Commercialization, Launch, and Post Launch Phases. Develop timelines, key milestones, and risk and mitigation plans
•    Execute detailed project schedule to meet launch commitments which defined in project scopes
•    Support risk identification/mitigation plans to achieve portfolio objectives
•    Lead and Manage projects according to SCJ processes and best practices
•    Align and communicate projects milestones with the project team and escalate any challenges to the right forums
•    Collaborate with multifunctional core teams (RD&E, Design, Marketing, Marketing Research, and Product Supply) to successfully identify, develop and launch new products in an accelerated manner. 

Experience you’ll bring: 
•    Bachelor of Science or related engineering field
•    Solid experience in product/packaging development experience and portfolio management

•   People management experience
•    Strong technical expertise and working knowledge of multiple packaging related disciplines, such as; materials, dispensing systems, aerosols, flexible films, plastic parts and related molding technology
•    Technical curiosity to investigate the source of issues & opportunities, while providing creative ideas, quality of work, and speed through a results-oriented approach. 
•    Ability to utilize available resources (patent literature, suppliers, etc.) to identify internal & external technologies, including their limits of use, and assess which ones apply to scope of work or brand migration strategy. 
•    Ability to define and build alignment from technical stakeholders around an effective research plan. 
•    Product Management systems experience (i.e., SAP Product Lifecycle Management)

•    Strong oral & written communication skills, with ability to deliver a concise message across levels within the organization. 


Job Requirements: 
•    Position is Full Time 
•    Domestic and some international travel might be required
