Manager, Supply Chain Integration

Position Summary:

Provide Product Supply Leadership for one or more business category.  Product Supply Category Business Team Owner and Interface in markets.  Responsible within the assigned category for coordinating complex cross-functional teams on behalf of the Supply Chain in support of the category objectives, including management and coordination of new product commercialization, procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing (including contract manufacturing).

Key Responsibilities:

Accountable for delivered profit, market share, net sales, net revenue, and customer service.

Define Product Supply strategy for the respective business and lead the Business PS Corplan process.

Deliver Customer Service, deliver Corplan business COS, and deliver Business Inventory.

Manage the Business portfolio from the PS standpoint, meet deliver profit margin goals and Identify Supply risk and drive to resolution.

Execute Sourcing strategies and identify opportunities for cost, cash, and service improvements

Identify and implement sourcing and purchasing requirements related to integration of new brands or new geographies due to acquisition or joint ventures.

Portfolio management of all new product and base business/restage commercialization projects across markets for Global Product Supply.

Collaborate with International markets category commercialization managers to ensure alignment of project plans and demand for any cross-platform project, whether lead by International Markets or North America.

Engage people to drive daily improvement through positive attitude and stimulate cultural change.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree  

Minimum of five years of experience in Operations and Business.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

Master of Business Administration

Professional Certification:  PMP or CPM

Proven track record having profitably grown a business, having developed and implemented the appropriate policies and processes necessary to drive and manage a business, and having infused his/her cross functional teams with a clear and focused drive for measurable performance. 

Demonstrate outstanding business and operational leadership capabilities, including continuous improvement knowledge to improve reliability and agility in a highly dynamic environment.
