ROLE SUMMARY
This role is the Supply Chain leader for the Global Consumer Brands (GCB) Business Unit in Central Country Group (DACH, Poland, Czech, Hungary, Slovakia), working cross-functionally to deliver the Strat2025, Corplan & Heath metrics, including growth, profit, service and team capabilities.
This role requires:
Strong financial acumen to understand the P&L and drive the right initiatives with the local management committee and the Supply Chain organization to deliver the business metrics (net sales, profit margin and market share)
Experience with Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP), Sales & Operation Execution (S&OE), Customer Collaboration and Cost-to-serve
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership of the Central Country Group Supply Chain team ( (Logistics, Demand Planning, Special Pack Planning, Customer Supply Chain and Customer Fulfilment), integrating and engaging people to drive daily improvement through positive attitude and stimulate cultural change
Single point of contact for all Supply Chain topics for the Central management committee
Partner with the EMEA Supply Chain leadership team on delivery of their targets (delivered cost, service, forecast accuracy and working capital)
Build strong relationship with Commercial leadership team to align the business priorities and ensure that the correct Supply Chain strategies are executed flawlessly to support them (e.g Customer Collaboration, Cost-to-serve)
Have an external view of the latest developments in supply chain management including our competitors and customers in the countries
Lead routines to identify supply risks and drive resolution
Core member of the EMEA GCB Supply Chain leadership team and Local Management team
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Degree Level education or equivalent
Experience of interfacing with commercial teams
A minimum of 10 years of diverse experience in Supply Chain
A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated people manager experience is required
Strong partner and influencer to support the E2E Supply Chain goals
Demonstrated knowledge of financial planning
Demonstrate outstanding business and operational leadership capabilities, including continuous improvement knowledge to improve reliability and agility in a highly dynamic environment.
