Sales Operation and Pharma Channel Lead

Overview:

We are looking for a strategist and analyzer with sales background to support the commercial team, by providing data analysis & insights for the region. The ideal candidate will partner with customer marketing to develop & execute trade marketing tools for the region. They will play a crucial role at digitalization of sales budget control and automized data collection, and this role will be responsible for the pharmacy channel

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Sales KPl's for Turkey sales team by providing insight, tracking and auditing.
  • Drive numeric distribution expansion by setting route to market strategy.
  • Provides insight to Sales, Customer Marketing and Marketing teams with key Point-of-Sales analytics based on different sources (Nielsen, customer B2B data, sell out etc).
  • Automate sales systems, create user friend reports, try and learn new tools, facilitate their implementation to field teams.
  • Be the owner of annual sales budget. Lead and track it for each channel.
  • Be the follower of what we promise. Make sure both sales and supply chain teams deliver what we plan to sell.
  • Direct management of expanding channels: Pharmacy.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant operations management position and 2 - 4 years of sales experience.
  • Native in Turkish, fluent in English.
  • Exposure to and general understanding of FMCG market in Turkey.
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Advanced Excel)
  • Expertise on Power BI is a must

  • Strong business acumen with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management.
  • Experience in communicating both senior leaders (decision makers) and decision executers.
