Summary:
As the Associate Manager, Customer Marketing & E-commerce, you will be responsible for Customer Marketing activities across all assigned lifestyle brands, segments or projects with geographic scope limited to the assigned cluster. You will drive and implement e-commerce strategies in collaboration with e-commerce providers, marketing commercialization and country sales team for assigned brands including lifestyle brands.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage promotion co-packing of the assigned brand according to activity plan and ensure stocks are available for sales in the system on time
- Work closely with supply chain, designer, co-packing and procurement to design and develop all necessary documentations and materials
- Manage allocation requirement relating to all Point of Sales Materials (POSM) within agreed time frame
- Manage the content management and product assortment for the assigned e-commerce platforms sites
- Provide e-commerce insights and business analysis for assigned brands including lifestyle brands
- Collaborate with the Country Sales team to plan and drive e-commerce strategies for assigned brands including lifestyle brands
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
- Good command in Nielsen Advisor
- Experience in managing e-commerce platforms
