JOB TITLE: Senior Associate, Sales Key Accounts (Key Account Manager)

OVERVIEW:

About the role:

The role is part of SC Johnson’s sales team, and you would be responsible for preparing plans. You will have chance to negotiate contracts and evaluate key account strategies including account profit as well as marketing goals, of the retail sector of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • National execution of Key Accounts sales promotions, discounts, price adjustments due to offers and recommend retail selling prices within the broad parameter set out.

  • Maintain a master business plan for all key accounts with respect to sales objectives, pricing structures, promotional programmesand profitability targets.

  • Compile and submit customer correspondence, monthly key account report, contact reports monthly expenses, promotional results and listing schedules to the National key Account Manager.

  • Profitability: Achievement of agreed profit targets by account, by maintaining discounts at the agreed levels.

  • Responsibility: Complete responsibility of All retail key accountsstores(NAIVAS, QUICKMART, MAJID AL FUTTAIM, CHANDARANA andDEFCO) encompassing sales, marketing activities & promotions implementation & distribution activities.

  • Achieve the N.S.V. target for Key Accounts and a D.S.O. as per target.

  • Continuously pursue and strive to develop new opportunities as they relate to the development of the Key accounts both in terms of better shelf space presence, reducing of out of stocks situation with a view to improving overall turnover & profitability.

  • Management of merchandising team.

  • Ensure that the Key accounts customers achieve their quarterly JBP targets.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years field sales experience in FMCG sector
  • Valid driving license
  • Computer literacy

  • Demonstrate ability to manage up and across organization.
  • Multi-function and multi-tasking abilities
