Senior Associate, Customer Supply Chain Woolworths

This is an exciting opportunity to join a trusted, Family-Owned Global FMCG in a part time capacity as our Woolworths Customer Supply Chain Senior Associate, also known in market as Vendor Replenishment Planner (VRP).

Our VRP is the critical link between Woolworths’ Replenishment and SC Johnson’s (SCJ) Sales and Supply team.

You will work to manage our customer supply relationship, forecasts, stock service levels, days of supply, case fill and mitigate potential out of stocks for all SCJ SKUs (think Duck, Windex, Glade) in the Woolworths network.

In addition, the role provides general support to the Woolworths Sales team across a range of activities including internal forecasting, claims, and customer management.

This position offers flexibility to work part-time hours, across either three or four days, however mornings are essential.

About the Role:

• Manage Ordering Plan, Service Levels and Days of Supply between SCJ and Woolworths
• Be the liaison to communicate all supply issues in a timely and detailed manner to Woolworths and SCJ key stakeholders
• Proactively work to resolve any stock, inventory, order, warehouse or delivery issues as they arise with a sense of urgency
• Coordinate collaborative promotional forecast review meetings with Woolworths forecast team to drive accuracy
• Manage our 3PL communication, bookings and troubleshooting
• Reporting on such KPIs as Supply Chain metrics, Market Share, Category/Sales performance and Customer Business Plan Metrics
• 22.5hrs per week with one day per week worked from Woolworths Head Office in Bella Vista

What You’ll Bring:

• Preferred 2+ Years’ experience as a VRP, customer management, sales support or field role within FMCG/Grocery industry
• Strong experience in MS Excel
• Networking & relationship skills with both internal and external stakeholders
• Goal-driven, with a desire to deliver extraordinary results every time regardless of challenges
• Excellent presentation, communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• A high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
