Associate Brand Manager, Global Equity & Strategy – Air Care

The Global Associate Brand Manager in this role will be responsible for development of brand’s communication from ATL, BTL to digital/social. The Global Associate Brand Manager will lead development of master-brand visual design identity. Strong partnership & cross-functional leadership will be required with innovation teams, creative agencies, and country marketing commercialization teams to deliver these workstreams against the new strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead x-f teams incl. IMC, CIBA and BPX to develop Glade’s communication on key forms, and segments from briefing to toolkit delivery.
  • Ongoing and continuous engagement with different local market clusters for growth plan enrolment, and critical input for
  • Develop Glade’s new visual brand identity holistically across different touch points including packaging and communications
  • Manage Glade category SOW and content strategy for F24
  • Manage Glade’s trademarks impacting the brand’s ability to make meaningful and sustainable claims
  • Lead redesign and roll-out of the brand’s digital ecosystem assets
  • Bring inspiration and consumer insights to global air care team partnering with CIBA on key pillars of the architecture

Required Skills/Experience /Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related subject required, Master's degree preferred
  • 5 +years of marketing experience in developing consumer products
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Global experience/exposure
  • Evidence of successful partnerships with agencies and leading a diverse group of individuals to inspire breakthrough creativity
  • Proven experience in developing strong trust and partnership with regions and x-f teams
  • Passion for creativity, innovation, and higher strategic vision
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, and able to turn that to advantage
  • High drive for results and goal achievement
