Associate Manager, Global Home Storage Partnerships

As Associate Brand Manager, Global Home Storage Partnerships, you are accountable for supporting the brand marketing strategies for Ziploc, to build consumer demand and market share, grounded in deep consumer and market understanding. Using an entrepreneurial mindset, this position will establish a clear vision and strategy for brand growth through Holiday, Limited Time Offering (LTO) and new category/usage opportunities.  In this role you will also manage Ziploc’s partnership with Disney and will lead print strategy for LTOs and Holiday.  Additionally, you will partner with markets/clusters in the IGP planning against local problems to solve by building and aligning global solutions with local markets and senior regional leadership. This position is in SCJ’s Global Marketing team.

  • Accountable for delivering marketing objectives and strategies for specific category, partnerships and projects
  • Lead strategy, new product development, and packaging development for Ziploc Accessory Bags, assessing right cadence of news, incremental opportunities to grow the program, and communication strategy and asset development
  • Lead Ziploc’s global partnership with Disney, including creative asset development, and product and packaging design, working in close collaboration with our agencies to leverage the terms of the agreement to drive not only Ziploc’s print platform, but also the base business
  • Develop annual LTO and Holiday programs that drive incremental sales and share gain
  • Monitor global and regional sales and share results and track program execution and performance; report results to senior leadership in monthly meetings
  • Manage and lead monthly performance and planning meetings with key local markets and partners
  • Partner with agencies to develop brand assets and equity campaigns for Disney promotions and recommend A&P programs and budget elements, related to Disney partnership, LTO and Holiday programs
  • Ensure marketing communications are executed and are on-strategy while maintaining consistency for the brand
  • Partner with markets/clusters in integrated growth planning against local problems to solve by building and aligning global solutions with local markets and senior regional leadership related to Disney partnerships and new category opportunities
  • Understand consumer and shopper insights that drive segment priorities. Execute analysis and make conclusions/recommendations to support business initiatives and priorities
  • Serve as a passionate brand steward, advocate and gatekeeper for Ziploc brand and the equities the brand has built


  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong interest/experience in the CPG industry
  • Strong business acumen, with proven experience in financial analysis
  • Promote collaboration by valuing others, seeking resolution, and building trust‐based relationships
  • Experience in developing eComm/Amazon strategies, new product/packaging innovation and programs designed for eComm/Amazon channel
  • Strong ability to understand strategy, communicate expectations, and align decision rights, priorities and deliverables for the brand and company
  • Strong ability to understand and synthesize Nielsen/IRI data into meaningful and actionable strategy
  • Experience in end-to-end new product development and new product execution/commercialization
  • Analytic and creative thinking skills with a balance of commercial and strategic acumen
  • Ability to break convention while operating in fast paced, matrixed environment
  • Strong bias for action, with an ability to see and manage risks


  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for innovation
  • Global experience/exposure is ideal but not required
  • Prior FMCG/CPG experience preferred
  • Remove barriers by focusing on priorities, making timely decisions, and maximizing empowerment
  • Proven project leadership capability with excellent ability to work with cross functional teams is a plus
  • Ability to influence others; given high degree of multi-function interactions
  • Excellent ability to work with cross functional teams is critical, and a key success driver. Teams typically include RD&E, Legal, Consumer Insights and Business Analytics, Design, Product Supply
  • High sense of urgency to deliver winning results individually and through others
  • Approach situations and processes with curiosity and open‐mindedness while applying new learnings
  • Previous experience in fashion or beauty industry a plus
