Reporting to the Manager, Sales Account Management, you’ll be responsible for the management of specific Key Accounts within the Austrian trade including analysis, presentation of products and trade term negotiation.

Ideally, you’ll have worked previously in an FMCG company or will have done a meaningful internship having managed relationships with customers (retailers).

Being based in our offices in Salzburg you will also support the rest of Austria and have more input into the DACH region as a whole. For this reason you will need to be fluent in German as well as English.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Selling our products to the Austrian trade partners

  • Supporting the Key Account Manager in handling current customers: Realization of sales and distribution targets within assigned customer group

  • Management of customer P&L

  • Preparation and realization of year- end talks within agreed budgets

  • Preparation and handling of customer presentations (new product launches, promotions etc.)

Required Skills and Education:

  • Degree level education or equivalent, emphasis on Sales & Marketing

  • Commercial background with relevant FMCG work experience (ideally a combination of Sales / Customer Marketing or Marketing)

  • Mobility (the potential next step could be outside the local market)

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Ideally basic understanding and knowledge of the retail environment (esp. Austrian market)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to prioritize

  • Ability to drive for results with high degree of initiative and speed

  • Strong team player, able to build relationships at all levels and across functions in an ambiguous environment

You need to be legally eligible to work in the country of application
