Associate, Business Support

This position will report into the Director, Product Change Management, Asia and will support both PCM team across Asian countries and Shanghai based RDE team on travel, meeting and department events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism in working with all levels of management
  • Strong communication skills for global audience
  • Build trust and respect with variety of key stakeholders.


  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to handle detailed meeting schedules with internal and external parties
  • Ability to organize domestic and international travel, coordinate travel visas, as needed while remaining flexible under pressure with frequently-changing priorities and demands
  • Ability to organize meetings and events including international visitors or events
  • Function independently by anticipating needs and resolving them
  • Sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive, forwarding-thinking problem solving skills

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
