As the Associate Manager, Route to Market, you are responsible to develop the channel strategies for sales department and manage overall process of route to market strategy for the company by channel and customers. You are required to work closely with cross functional team, both sales and customer marketing to identify the best in class channel execution. You will determine the proper structure and right partner to be company’s distributors in local market and apply strategical thinking for a long-term improvement plan of channel and distribution coverage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be the champion of the right route to market strategies to effectively and efficiently reach the targeted distribution in depth and breadth
- Define the success matrix and KPI measured for each channel with right tracking of channel performance and scorecard
- Collaborate with cross functional team to be the co-lead on perfect store execution by region on development of toolkits in-store and online
- To provide strategic channel expertise in identifying distribution, channel structure and coverage improvement opportunities
- Work very closely and collaboratively with customer marketing to build commercial plans by channel and specific customers executions through right leadership
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Minimum Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years experiences in customer management, channel development and trade marketing
- Has strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, problem solving and decision making
- Permanent – full time job
