Overview
In this role you will be responsible for Marketing Commercialization activities for one of the Categories within the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey & Pakistan geographic cluster. You will be accountable and responsible for the health and growth of the brands in charge by collecting actionable insights from the markets, monitoring competition and the latest market trends, working on the consumer communication and media plans while managing launches and commercialization of innovation projects that will lead to profitable sales and market share growth for the business.
This is a full-time role, travelling in the cluster is expected
Responsibilities
Implement global brand strategy through localized adaptation for the assigned brands with accountability of the P&Ls and KPIs at country level
Identify consumer insights and translate them into actionable plans to win at the point of sales for assigned categories
Manage commercialization and launch phases of NPDs.
Collaborate with creative agencies & SC Johnson global brand team to participate in writing ATL/BTL briefs to agencies,
Collaborate with media planning & buying agencies, managing annual advertising budget from media to cart
Manage local social network community in accordance with globally and cluster digital strategy and leveraging the right Social Media platforms for digital assets
Collaborate with Supply Chain on managing SKUs and tracking slow moving ones for assigned brand or segment
Active participation in the S&OP process, leading business discussions & decisions to deliver company KPIs
Experience you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s Degree level education, ideally within a marketing/business discipline
Min. 5-6 years of Marketing experience including working with 3rd party agencies
Written and spoken fluency in English
FMCG and multi-country experience would be a plus
MS Office programs, SAP, Nielsen Nitro or Answers preferred
Basic orientation of advanced analytical tools, e-commerce & Digital Marketing
Behaviors you’ll need:
Strong awareness, understanding and knowledge of the local retailer, shopper behavior and insights
Strong planning/organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects to meet deadlines
Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills with strong stakeholder management experience
Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership, leadership and can-do attitude
