Supply Chain, Strategic Corporate Initiatives Lead

This position will focus on driving E2E integration across NA Supply Chain operation and adherence to NA strategic roadmap through close collaboration with NA Supply Chain Leadership Team (SCLT).  This is a high exposure role that would provide an E2E regional view and cross functional learning.  The right individual will bring confidence and high learning agility to a dynamic and changing environment and partner with the leadership team to deliver its transformational agenda. 

Primary Accountabilities:

Project Management

Lead Key projects and initiatives through end-to-end project management process, ensuring deliverables, success criteria and timing is clear and executed.  Identify when process or principles deviations may occur and initiate trade-off and escalation discussions.

Support North America Top Initiatives process and priorities.

Planning, Prioritizing & Follow-up

Thought partner with NA Supply Chain leader to anticipate issues, make recommendations and commission teams to resolve.

Maintain clear understating of SCJ strategic goals (currently, Strategy 2021).  Understand the impact of major workstreams from all areas of SCJ on the goals

Provide status updates and proactively work gaps and processes to “trigger action” on specified projects


Cross Functional coordination across Logistics, Planning, CSC, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Integrators, Procurement and NA Strategy.

Support the regional metric review process for NA Supply Chain (NA SC) including rollup of regional metric reviews and board visualization.

Support goal setting process for NA SC and tracking of progress each fiscal

Support and gate keep action items and follow-ups for Supply Chain Leadership Team.

Help Create story boards, presentations, and other communication vehicles for the NA SC leader to use to tell the NA SC story at all levels of the regional team

Proactively define check-ins and coordination of calendars and meetings to ensure we stay on track to objectives

Own NA Supply Chain team meeting process and effectiveness

Partner in the development of key communication to the organization as needed

Help Facilitate meetings to ensure effectiveness to objectives

Ensure all meetings have clear objectives, process and deliverables

Minimum Qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering related field

A minimum 5 years’ experience, or an advanced degree with three years of experience

Must be able to travel 20% Domestic and International
