We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales and Channel Strategy Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying market opportunities, developing channel strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of sales plans. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze market opportunities to drive sales growth and enhance perfect store planning.
• Collaborate with trade marketing and sales managers to develop effective channel strategies.
• Analyze and develop strategic actions to increase market share and distribution.
• Lead key activity planning (FOCO) and collaborate closely with trade marketing for seamless execution.
• Coordinate with the regional sales team to address any requests and provide support for sales fundamentals.
• Reinforce support for the implementation of global sales systems such as Dial, DMS, and Power BI.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive informed decision-making.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Min 5 years’ experience in sales
• Proficient in Power BI & Excel
• Possess understanding on Modern Market & General Trade coverage across Malaysia
