Senior Associate, Sales Account Management (Based in Kelantan)
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Job ID 23099 ApplyAs the Senior Associate, Sales Account Management, you will be responsible to lead a team of distributor sales force to achieve the sales target. In addition, you will be responsible for total general trade activities in Kelantan and Terengganu.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Distributors / key customers to achieve sales fundamentals objectives
- Build and develop the capability of sales personnel in the Distributors
- Drive Distributor Management processes for Distributors
- Implement SC Johnson (SCJ) initiatives / launches with speed and effectiveness
- Manage Quality Coverage Planning (QCP) for all Distributor Sales Representatives
- Manage Distributors / key customers’ budget
- Conduct market analysis and sales analysis through basic data processing
- Develop and execute clear roles and effective personalized training programs that will further grow the skills of the Jobber sales team
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Bachelor’s in Business or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
- Have experience in managing distributor
- Data analysis skills
