  • Summary of Role / Job Description:
    • Assist the KAM in the management and development of the assigned accounts. Individual will be responsible of executing strategies and tactics for sustainable and profitable business growth.
  • Primary Accountabilities:
      • Handle main commercial and financial KPI's: Sales (Sell in - Sell out), Market Share, Budget Control, Collections Control and Sales Coverage.
      • Participate together with the KAM in the opportunities detection and development of commercial actions in the assigned account.
      • Implement improvements in the points of sales of the assigned client, interacting with the Merchandising Coordinators, Merchandisers and Store Managers.
      • Participate in the planning and implementation of the Business Plan, controlling compliance with it in the account in charge.
      • Collaborate with the KAM to achieve a profitable and sustainable commercial relationship with the client.
  • Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's Degree required.
      • Previous sales experience within a FMCG (desirable).
      • Car and up-to-date driving license will be required.
      • Able to embrace a learning mindset.
      • Demonstrate openness to feedback.
      • Ability to identify opportunities and develop strategies/tactics to capitalize against those opportunities.
      • Prone to build and develope sustainable long term relations and leveraging interpersonal skills.
      • Stay organized and plan for the future.
      • Adapt to changing work and customer demands.
      • Excellent written and oral communication.
      • Proficient in English.
      • Experience and demonstrated abilities in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
