Associate Manager, Marketing Commercialization (Ecommerce)

This role is an Ecommerce marketing lead to drive Tmall Flagship store and POP (Platform Open Plan) store’s GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume) growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monthly Instore RTB (Real Time Bidding) and activation implementation to drive GMV
  • NPD (New Product Development) planning and tracking to ensure the successful launch, includes TMIC (Tmall Innovation Center) working and test, special pack project update
  • Content seeding in Alibaba include short video, advertorial and livestreaming
  • A&P (Advertising and Promotion) planning and ROI (Return on Investment) efficiency optimization
  • Consumer base databank operation to increase AIPL (Awareness, Interest, Purchase, Loyalty) and FAST (Fast, Advancing, Superiority, Thriving) model

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Minimum 3 years marketing working experience in Ecommerce marketing
  • Bachelor degree and above
  • Ecommerce marketing account experience

  • Full time work
