This role is an Ecommerce marketing lead to drive Tmall Flagship store and POP (Platform Open Plan) store’s GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume) growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monthly Instore RTB (Real Time Bidding) and activation implementation to drive GMV
- NPD (New Product Development) planning and tracking to ensure the successful launch, includes TMIC (Tmall Innovation Center) working and test, special pack project update
- Content seeding in Alibaba include short video, advertorial and livestreaming
- A&P (Advertising and Promotion) planning and ROI (Return on Investment) efficiency optimization
- Consumer base databank operation to increase AIPL (Awareness, Interest, Purchase, Loyalty) and FAST (Fast, Advancing, Superiority, Thriving) model
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Minimum 3 years marketing working experience in Ecommerce marketing
- Bachelor degree and above
- Ecommerce marketing account experience
- Full time work
