Job Title: Associate Manager, Sales Account Management (RSM)
Location: Northen, Thailand (ภาคเหนือ)
Department: Sales
As an Associate Manager Sales Account Management, you will be responsible for managing authorized Distributors, sales territories, coaching and training sales associates in order to achieve business performance and team effectiveness, conducting analysis of sales data and providing recommendations to improve and maintain business advantage in the area of responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive sales performance in the following areas through Distributor and sales persons by identifying opportunities, monitoring performance, providing support and recommendation
Develop and implement sales plan with strategy with Distributors
Supervise a sales team in all responsible areas
Conduct business review with distributors and top key customers in the responsible region
Provide sales information/ sales data analysis to the team for sales performance monitoring
Work with the following key internal functions to make sure that all priorities are implemented and all information is provided or gained
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or related fields
Strong Strategic Thinking
At least 8 years of working sales experience in consumer business (FMCG). Prefer in Distributor management
Has experience in supervising a team
Computer Literacy
Customer Focus - Service Mind
Mobility
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Good command in spoken and written English
