Role: Junior Key Account Manager

Location: Kyiv - Ukraine

Internally role is called Senior Associate, Retail Account Management.

This role is not eligible for relocation.

Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers
• Develop and execute trading terms, trade marketing, and promotional activities
• Ensure optimal product availability, pricing, and inventory levels
• Drive sales growth through local and national initiatives, new product launches, and shelf share expansion
• Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to ensure high-quality execution in stores
• Monitor in-store performance, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to commercial initiatives
• Deliver customer sales plans and manage documentation, settlements, and timely payments

Experience you’ll bring:

• Higher education;
• Experience working ideally with retail chains in FMCG or a large commercial organization
• Fluent Ukrainian and intermediate English
• E-commerce experience is a plus
• Good knowledge of Windows & MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
• Good analytical skills
• Category B driver’s license (2+ years of driving experience)
