The Analytics Product Manager will manage the strategic planning and execution of Analytics/AI solutions that help SC Johnson meet its growth ambitions. In this role you will serve as the technical product manager for Commercial data product solutions including Marketing Data Hub and Commercial Data Hub (NACB-North America Consumer Brands, DIP- Data Intelligence Platform). The Manager will oversee the development and implementation of Analytics/AI solutions and drive adoption across markets.
This role partners closely with BU business & D&A (Data & Analytics) teams to:
Define & implement strategy for managing Commercial data products including data ingestion, harmonization, governance, storage & access methods for both technical and non-technical (business) users. Identify new opportunities leveraging both internal (stakeholder) needs/pain points and external industry trends.
Serve as key technical SME on Commercial data technology including, but not limited to Fractal Concordia, Google Big Query, Databricks, Looker. Partner closely with D&A architecture team to deliver on data capabilities needed to support Commercial growth.
Oversee the development of Commercial data product solutions including technical management of key Commercial data product solutions (Marketing Data Hub, DIP, NACB Commercial Data Hub) through various partners (Monks, Fractal)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop & drive the product roadmap & adoption program, ensuring platform selection, alignment with Commercial function business objectives, as well as building capability for the longer term. Manage vendor relations for analytics technologies and platform partners. Understand vendor roadmaps and drive new initiatives with these vendors.
Drives and champions for innovation by developing case studies that demonstrate the business value of leveraging technology and data-driven decision-making, utilizing the capabilities of the Marketing Data Hub, DIP, and NACB Commercial Data Hub.
Strategic Collaboration: Act as the technical bridge between business and data architecture& infrastructure teams to deliver scalable and performance driven commercial data solutions.
Serve as the subject matter expert for commercial data platforms, including the Marketing Data Hub, DIP, and NACB Commercial Data Hub.
Implement business-aligned KPIs and data quality rules (DQ thresholds, adherence data standards, lineage tracking).
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of commercial data analytics products, managing technical execution across internal teams and external partners (e.g., Fractal, Monks).
Deliver and support new capabilities and oversee integrations opportunities across the internal and external ecosystem.
Demonstrates proficiency in user experience, interface design, and data visualization, including emerging technologies and industry trends.
Drive adoption through training, Facilitate clear and effective communication between the commercial data teams and cross functional teams. functions (e.g., MIM, CIBA, D&A Architecture teams).
Establish a governance model that balances centralized standards with accountability.
Oversee harmonization data from various external sources to create a unified and consistent dataset.
Continuously monitor data health via dashboards and automated alerts.
Empower business users with AI-augmented tools for data cleansing,
Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure SLAs are met.
Coordinate platform enhancements and data ingestion pipelines across ecosystems (e.g., Improvado).
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer science, Information Management, or a related field.
7+ years of data experience of leveraging/building Analytics/AI solutions for commercial organizations and 7+ years total business/CPG experience.
Strong technical background in Google Big Query, Databricks, Looker.

Familiar with industry solutions for Commercial analytics
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in data management tools, database systems, and data integration technologies.
Strong analytic, problem-solving skills, sound judgment and financial acumen
Strong organizational and communication skills. Proven ability to work with agency partners, external vendors as well as internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated skills in managing complexity, providing strategic insight and executional excellence.
Proactive self-starter and passion for innovation.
Strong project management leadership skills and ability to influence effectively.
Data Governance experience in commercial data.
