ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Associate Manager, Learning and Development, you will oversee the planning and execution of our global L&D programs. You will collaborate with the learning team to understand capability needs across the enterprise and tailor learning programs that are practical, scalable, and sustainable. Our ideal candidate is passionate about enabling SCJ employees to reach their full potential and ensuring consistent excellence in our learning programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement new L&D programs and initiatives to meet business needs
Manage and execute current L&D programs
Manage internal facilitator network and coordinate program deployment schedule
Collaborate with Learning Managers to design and execute training portfolios
Report on and analyze metrics for global learning programs
Assist with learning needs assessments and modify activities as needed
Create innovative solutions for in-person and digital learning (e.g., job aids, facilitator guides, eLearning)
Consult with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop training in alignment with Learning Managers
Curate content to develop learning paths
Audit and update the Enterprise learning portfolio regularly
Apply adult learning principles and leverage existing content appropriately
Maintain and utilize design standards, style guides, and templates
Utilize varied L&D methods for designing interventions
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in HR or related field
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Excellent project management skills with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
Master’s or an advanced University degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development or Industrial / Organizational Psychology or related field
Ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization, including senior levels (e.g. VPs)
Experience working in a global organization where interaction across functions, regions and business units is key to success
Proficient with MS Office, HR Information Systems (i.e.: Workday®), Learning Management Systems (or related talent technology) and other training development tools (Articulate Studio and Storyline)
Experience managing and delivering learning programs
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Full time onsite role in Racine, WI
Core collaboration hours are 9 AM - 3PM; flexibility outside these hours to meet a standard 40+ hour work week and evolving business needs
Travel up to 10%
Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees
This role is not eligible for relocation assistance
