EMEA Benefits Associate Manager

Overview
The Associate Manager of EMEA Benefits will be responsible for managing core benefits renewals across the EMEA region for three business units of SC Johnson
This role involves close collaboration with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and the Global Benefits Team to conduct benefits market reviews, prepare market data analysis, and provide insights.
Partner with cluster HRD’s & Field HR for benefits related topic for their clusters.
Additionally, the Associate Manager will support compensation and benefits-related projects, assist with benefits harmonization, new plan implementations, plan redesigns, and the WTW Benefits Inventory project.
The role also includes supporting the EMEA Total Rewards Team with daily tasks, annual processes, and handling more complex cases or enhancements, as well as providing training and support for the Total Rewards Team members.
Responsibilities
Manage complex core benefits renewals across the EMEA region, including collaboration with the global broker, Willis Towers Watson (WTW).
Present final recommendations about renewals and contracts to the Business and COEs,and gather necessary approvals.
Negotiate benefits terms and conditions with WTW on behalf of the business to ensure providing market prevalent benefits to employees with cost effectiveness; ask pertinent questions about contract conditions, rates, and claims ratios.
Ensure timely benefits contract renewals and own the renewal calendars for EMEA core benefits.
Participate in projects to migrate local brokers to the global partner (WTW) and assist the Global Benefits Team with benefits harmonization across all business units.
Conduct benefits market reviews, prepare market data analysis, and provide insights to COEs, the Global Benefits Team, and the business.
Support compensation and benefits-related projects, especially assist with the WTW Benefits Inventory project and Benefits Harmonization Project.
Support the EMEA Total Rewards Team with daily tasks, annual processes, and handle more complex cases related to benefits.
Experience you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Knowledge of benefits programs and market practices
5+ years of experience in benefits management within the EMEA region
1+ year in vendor management and benefits renewals for the EMEA region
1+ years of experience with market data analysis and benefits design, where attention to detail is critical
Strong knowledge of EMEA benefits regulations and practices
Experience in HR Shared Services is a plus
