Associate Manager, Sales Analysis

Summary:

As Associate Manager, Sales Analysis, you are responsible to evaluates sales forecasting, as it relates to the base business, new items, and display. You will have significant cross functional interaction with team members, Finance, customer marketing and supply chain/logistic to deliver insights which will impact business results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing and monitoring incentive system aligned with company strategy

• Developing information and reporting system ie: sales, Distribution, incentive, budget etc.

• Monitors Trade Returns, and propose corrective actions to reduce actual levels and values

• Co-leads the Sales Team’s budget setting process, and ensures targets assigned to Channels/Geographies/Customers are fair and appropriate

• Lead S & OP forecast process

• Ensure strong service level to customers (Distributor and Accounts)

• Responsible to train internal system

• Monitor AP Claim process from customer to ensure all claims are Valid

• Ensure data quality is valid and enhanced across disparate data sources, leading the development of any data-oriented guidance.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• A minimum of bachelor’s degree in any major

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Data Analyst and at least 2 years of experience as People Manager

• Strong experience in Data Management and Analysis

• Hands-on experience with NielsenIQ, SAP, Power BI, Excel and Reporting

• Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
