Global Graduate Program – Sales (Fixed-Term Contract)

Overview
As a Global Graduate within the Sales team, you will gain hands-on experience supporting distributor management, sales operations, and business analytics. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams, you will help monitor distributor performance, analyze business data, and contribute to projects that drive growth and operational excellence. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop commercial and analytical capabilities while building a strong foundation for a career in a global organization.
About the Team/Department
The Sales team partners with distributors and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver sustainable business growth and strong customer experiences. The team leverages data, collaboration, and commercial expertise to drive performance and execute business priorities.
Responsibilities
Support distributor performance management and monitor key business KPIs.
Assist with claims management activities to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses using Excel and Power BI.
Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams on business initiatives.
Prepare reports and presentations to support business reviews and decision-making.
Contribute to projects that improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth
Experience You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience or exposure to Power BI and data visualization tools.
Knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into recommendations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
