The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 74,240.00 USD - 97,440.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving results through data and collaboration?As the Sr. Associate, Sales, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our U.S. display programs. Reporting to the Special Pack Manager, and working closely with the Display Associate Manager, you’ll lead the full lifecycle of display development—from concept to commercialization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at cross-functional coordination, and brings a sharp analytical mindset to ensure every display is delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Kick off assigned projects on time with cross-functional team to ensure readiness for Key Events/Programs

  • Participate in Ideation with Omni Marketing team, sharing best practices and bringing ideas on how to deliver against Brand Objectives in a timely and cost-efficient way

  • Ensure displays meet financial thresholds, gaining financial approval and escalating as needed

  • Once Ideation is complete, direct communication of design brief and project timeline to utilize

  • Oversee the graphic development and approval process, ensuring key milestones are met and escalating as needed

  • Influence readiness with partners across base goods, components, and labor, escalating as needed

  • Ensure specs, beauty shots, samples, and other sales tools for their assigned projects are delivered on time

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in business, or related field with 2+ years of experience working in a CPG environment

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

  • Basic understanding of US Retail Landscape and sales process

  • Working knowledge of SAP and/or similar master data tool is a plus

  • Previous project management experience

  • Previous experience working cross-functionally

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies

Interpersonal and Leadership Skills:

  • Sound written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

  • Solid interpersonal skills to develop and maintain successful working relationships

  • Foundational planning skills to juggle competing tasks and priorities

  • Comfort in dealing with ambiguity and ability to work in a self-directed environment

  • Agility to adapt to changing work and customer demands

  • Skilled in integrating various data sources to formulate actionable recommendations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full Time onsite role in West Loop, Chicago office

  • 10% Travel

  • Office work environment: Remote work available once a week for eligible employees

  • This role is not eligible for relocation assistance
