Summary:

The Accounting Analyst ensures that trade spend claims comply with SCJ standards and the Trade Spend Policy. This is done by performing weekly audits using the SOAR Self-Assessment Framework and reporting any non-compliance issues to the Finance Manager. The role also reconciles customer disputes to make sure all liabilities are recorded accurately.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Updating Daily GTN Tracking PBI

• Reconciling data inputs for TSM submissions, top-ups, and reversals to ensure the correctness of GL accounts used, adherence to naming conventions, and proper classification of GTN spend

• Audit following SOAR Self-Assessment Framework with audit size of 10% of total claims processed in the prior week or capped at 55 claims/week

• Reconciling customers’ disputes with aging over 90-days

• Prepare monthly trade spend reports and recommend process improvements

• Preparing and provide data SOAR Control O-160-C03 to C04 to Country Manager; Finance Manager, and Sales Operation Manager

• Monitoring high risk accounts and prevent financial or compliance issues

• Update budget numbers by customer in GTN PMT for the Power BI P&L report

• Providing guidance and support to Sales Operation Team related to Customers Claims

• Support ad-hoc tasks from the Finance Manager and assist with ASEAN projects as needed.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Bachelor’s in related fields

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting and/or Auditing
